1. Payment Policy All coaching services must be paid in full in advance. Short-Term Bundles: Full payment is due two (2) weeks before the first session. The Sovereign Legacy Immersion (Monthly): The first payment is due two (2) weeks before the first session. Subsequent payments are due two weeks before the start of each following month. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Standard session duration is 60–90 minutes. Rescheduling: Requires a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Less notice may result in forfeiture. Cancellations/No-Shows by Client: If canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or if the Client does not attend, the session is forfeited, and no refund will be issued. Cancellations by Coach: We will provide notice and reschedule at a mutually convenient time. Termination & Refunds By Client (without cause): No refunds for pre-paid sessions or remaining duration. By Coach (without cause): A pro-rata refund will be issued for unused, pre-paid sessions. 3. Scope of Practice & Confidentiality Not a Substitute: The Coach is not a licensed therapist, counselor, or medical professional. Coaching is not a substitute for professional mental health care or medical treatment. The Client is solely responsible for their well-being and results. Confidentiality: All shared information is strictly confidential, with exceptions for: Intent to harm self or others (duty to report a crime). When legally compelled by a Swiss public prosecutor or court to testify or produce documents. Explicit written consent from the Client. Discussions with a supervisor/mentor (Client identity remains confidential).
